Meeting Minutes - September 30, 2009
The meeting opened at 7:15 PM.
Those in attendance were:
Joyce Matott, Gail Guertin, Bob Heckman, Tom DiMaggio, Sean Tooney
Treasurer's Report: Balance is $3,513.97
New Business:
The State of NH is looking to include usage at Puscah State Park.
This isa trails park only. Equistrians have asked for a loop trial to
be developed. Mushers CAN use the snowmobile trails.
There is an individual who is illegally clearing trails in the
Chocurua area. Apparently he has been cutting on some private property.
Please be courteous to land owners who allow us to cross on their
property.
Old Business:
Tourism Magazine- Gail Guertin now has a user name and can post to the NH Tourism website.
The upcoming Hill Race will be a charity event for the Bristol Food Bank.
The Meeting adjourned at 7:55PM.
