Meeting Minutes - March 16, 2009
The meeting opened at 7:00 PM.
Those in attendance were:
Tom Dimaggio, Joyce Matott, Steve Guertin, Gail Guertin, Bob Heckman, Bill Boyd, Leif Erickson, Bob Coburn
The Meeting minutes of 2/9/09 were accepted.
Treasurer's Report: in account $3,628.27 - 113 members - Approved.
Old Business:
Bob Heckman reviewed Financial Report
NHMA Financial Survey Results:
7 Events
Finanial Impact Study Cards
1 Card per Musher family distributed at events
We will be asking mushers what expenses they incur for participating in this sport
New Business:
3 Year Plan - We would like to know which snowmobile clubs groom specific trails
Website: We would like to put a link on our site to enter race results
Annual Meeting:
We will be discussing how to update trail conditions so everyone will have this information ASAP
Date of Annual Meeting is: MAY 17,2009 @ Sendaishi Pet Resort, Manchester,NH
The secretary will contact vendors for the meeting. Anyone interested should contact Joyce at Sendaishi (603-622-9684).
Vendor space is FREE!!
We have several speakers in mind; this will be updated when conformations are in.
