Meeting Minutes - January 12, 2009
The meeting opened at 7:00 PM.
Those in attendance were:
Bob Heckman, Tom Dimaggio, Joyce Matott, Jim Lalla, Gail Guertin, Greg Barker, Bob Coburn
Old Business:
The Board reviewed the three year plan
Paraphrasing objectives
To the State, snowmobile community, other trail users, our members,
Land owners and towns
Develop our website to be our central communication tool
Increase and maintain members
Establish member services
Fundraising
Involve more members with the organization
Support trail work
Financial Impact Study
Discussed more options to expound on neighbor friendly kennels
Tamworth Race is 1/30 and 2/1. We will be passing out Financial Impact study cards there.
Meeting adjourned at 8:35 PM.
Next NHMA meeting is 2/9/09, 7:00 PM at Sendaishi Pet Resort.
