Meeting Minutes - October 19, 2008
Present: Tom Dimaggio, Bob Heckman, Gail Guertin, Steve Guertin, Greg Barker, Bill Boyd, Bob Coburn, Joyce Matott
Treasurer's Report:
Balance: $3910.67
Membership: 98 Paid members
Old Business:
Discussion continued from last month regarding possibly having an attorney that members
could turn to with dog law issues. The CLUB would not "hire" anyone but it was felt
that having a contact for these situations would be helpful. Bill Boyd also mentioned
contacting an individual who is a member of DOGS in NH.
New Business:
It was suggested that an informational letter be sent to the General Membership to
update everyone on what NHMA has been involved with this past year.
Bill Boyd made a Motion that: Annual dues would be $10.00 for the first person, $15
per couple and $20.00 per family, seconded by Joyce Matott. This Motion passed by the
Board. This motion will be voted on at the Annual Meeting.

Currently, Fish & Game does not have enough employees to manage rail trails
Hill Village acting manager has reassured Tom Dimaggio that motorized ATVs are OK to
use until they start grooming. (Stickers required).
