Meeting Minutes - September 15, 2008
Present: Tom Dimaggio, Joyce Matott, Greg Barker, Bob Heckman, Leif Erickson, Steve Guertin, Gail Guertin, George Cook, Bob Coburn
Treasurer's Report:
$1105.42 Bob reported that the State owes us $2460.00
There are currently 67 paid members
Old Business:
Trails issue to be addressed. A three-year plan will be discussed next month
ISDRA sent a thank you note to NHMA for attending and having a booth available
New Business:
Since no one has come forth to complete a Financial Impact Study, the idea of compiling
information by individuals via an information card and offering the chance to "win" a
gas card will be instituted at the Sleddog Trade Fair, Oct. 4th & 5th. Please complete
the dars while at the Trade Fair! Signage and brochures will be available there. There
will be no raffles at the Fair this year.
ATV status at Hill Village- The Army Corps has not yet appointed anyone for this area
Mushers can still train with ATVs 'on dirt' at Hill & Blackwater
The next meeting will be at Sendaishi Pet Resort on 10/13/08 @ 7:00PM
FYI- New Hampshire is the only State that does not fund State Parks!
