Meeting Minutes - December 8, 2008
This meeting opened at 7:15PM.
Present: Jim Lalla, Tom Dimaggio, Gail Guertin, Steve Guertin, Joyce Matott, Leif Erickson, Jim Turner, Greg Barker, Bill Boyd
Treasurer's Report:
Balance $3935.84
Paid memberships: 107
The goal for next year's membership is 150!
Old Business:
Financial Impact Study- FI Study cards will be distributed at Tamworth
We still need someone to help with compiling information for the FI Study.We would like to get more members involved in this process.
On Info on trail beds in terms of training.
Hill Village- Will provide restrictions on bird hunting releases next year.
Sarah Pickett has an article in Mushing Magazine.
New Business:
Please start posting trail conditions on the website.
Alos, please post hotels,cabins, etc for people to stay while mushing in various places in NH
A thank you note will go out to the State Snomobile Assoc. for maintaining the trails.
Yvonne Denin (sp)? from State DOG Assoc. will be at our next monthly meeting.
Next meeting 1/12/09 at Sendaishi Pet Resort at 7:00PM
