Meeting Minutes - November 10, 2008

Treasurer's Report:
Balance $3918.92
Paid memberships: 104
We paid $135.00 to register domain name.
Brochures were sent to Ginger Jannenga.
Old Business:
Financial Impact Study- We got a good start in compiling information by passing out info cards at the Trade Fair.
Cards will be circulated at mid-distance races as well as sprint races.
New Business:
New Business: Reps. Dick Snow and Jaye Phinizy did not get re-elected.
Discussion on the New Hampshire State Dog- Someone has proposed the Chinook
Discussion on State trails and parks- Snowmobile Clubs maintain the trails
There is a substantial increase in trails usage this Fall- Hunters, horses, pet dogs,sleddogs , runners, etc. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
Please make sure to report any "incidents" on the trail
