Treasurer's Report - Balance in checkbook is $2,744.00 (accepted)
OLD BUSINESS:
New parking lot at Hill is finished. Many thanks to Josh, Bob, Greg, Jan and the Frasiers! Please leave your trailers down below the parking lot.
Trail Rules will be posted at Hill, Blackwater and Clough
Legislation - A history of events during the year was reviewed in regard to Legislation
The final amendment was passed out to members. We will gain recognition as a "trail user" and this will also allow us a seat on the Trails Advisory Committee. Passed the NH Senate 5/07
Rhonda has set up a Yahoo Group for NHMA - Members only
Constitutional Changes
There have been too many officers for the size of the Association. Eliminate two Vice Presidents and Publicity Director. A quorum will now become 6 Board Members. Our membership is just under 100 members.
Bob Heckman presented the above motion. A ballot was cast by the secretary and passed

Financial Impact Study
Open as many trails as possible for ATVs
Input from membership ie, trails, etc.
some trails are not open for Winter or Fall use
Tom pointed out that it is '"allowed" to use ATVs on Bear Notch Rd. and Trudeau Rd in the Winter
