Meeting Minutes - November 13, 2006
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM
Present: Tom Dimaggio, Greg Barker, Bob Heckman, Jim Lalla, Josh Stevens, George Cook, Rhonda O'Hearn, Bill Matott, Joyce Matott
Approved Secretary's report.
Balance in Treasury $2624.90. (approved)
OLD BUSINESS:
NHMA will wait until after the first of the year to apply for $5000.00 grant. Tim from Fiah & Game will get back to us on cost of brochures. NHMA will have to come up with 10% of costs (labor can be used as match).
Legislation - We are waiting on the legislative services to write the bill.
NHMA made $148.00 in raffles at the Trade Fair and $220.00 for hat sales.
Anyone knowing of trails that need signage, contact Tom.
NEW BUSINESS:
Hill Village is temporarily off limits to all Mushers.
Next meeting: will be January 8, 2007 at 7:00PM at Sendaishi Pet Resort in Manchester.
